By using the experience gained on this island over the past 20 years, 8 Arms Chef Services strives to bring the best Nantucket has to offer to your table. Making great efforts to source ingredients from the islands organic bounty and we look forward to sharing them with you.

Below are some of our most popular bites and summer salads. Please remember that these are examples, all dishes are curated and prepared to meet any dietary needs and taste preferences. Food evolves and I am always looking for fresh ideas and new techniques to continually bring the best to our clients tables. 

Whether your event is an intimate dinner or a spectacular gathering, allow us to give your guests the gift of your company! 

In response to the Covid-19 global pandemic we have adjusted our menu options to include a drop off menu. This menu can be pre-ordered and delivered in re-heatable containers with easy instructions for the at home chef. Our kitchen complies with all state and local Health Department regulations.
